Advance replacements are a like for like exchange – if you request a model x device for exchange – we send you a model x device and you send us a model z vs a model x – we will retain your deposit – we will make every effort to resolve this issue with you – however remember this is a like for like exchange.  In order to confirm like for like exchange – please reference the model plate or sticker on the side or back of the device in question .. see example below
