No, In order to keep our overhead low and to provide you with the lowest repair costs, we request you pack your product safely and ship it to the repair center we direct you to. We will repair your product and send it back to you in the method you chose.

We are a web-based business, so we offer our services 24 hours a day.

Yes, all repairs come with a full 90-day warranty. As of the beginning of the year 2022, we have added an option for you to extend your warranty to 180 days – doubling the repair warranty. 

Currently we take most major US Credit cards and PayPal.  If there is a need for another type of payment, please reach out to us so we can discuss other options.

No,  Times change and so does equipment and manufacturers.  there are many times we are contacted with products we have never heard of.  We have an option which we are calling an Evaluation Repair – where we will charge you $50 to look at the device and we will give you an estimate to fix it.  Quite often the items being sent into us are something we are quite familiar with.  Sometimes vendors put their names on other products and sell them as their own – so once we get your product we discover this and repair it at the prices listed on our main page for that manufacturer.

After you place your order, you will receive instructions as to how and where to ship your product.  We suggest you use a carrier that you can track your shipment (UPS / FedEx / USPS).  We will send you an email with the address to ship it to.  We have many facilities around the country and we will have you ship your product to the best facility to fix your particular product.
