From time to time, we find it necessary for someone to send in a terminal for an evaluation prior to repair… this might be because it is a terminal that we have not fixed many of or it might be a one off repair.  We charge a non refundable $100 for this service plus return shipping.  Once evaluation is complete, we will contact you with repair options or return your printer back to you.  Please do not use this item unless you have first reached out to POSRepairDepot.com for special instructions.
